This is Blake Brockington. He was a beautiful black trans 18 year old man living in his truth. He won homecoming king at his high school and raised over 2500 for charity. Blake committed suicide. I don’t know how. But he did. Blake is gone. Blake had his life taken away from him because of his authenticity. He couldn’t handle this evil fucking world that won’t allow folk to be themselves! He wanted to be loved. That’s all. Now he’s gone. And since anti blackness is so powerful in media, his name has not been spoken. His legacy has not been honored. His truth has not been validated.
